Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy suresh is an Indian actor born on 17 October 1992. Her movies are mostly produced in Tamil or Telugu and Telugu, however, she appears in a few Malayalam films. She received the National Film Award as Best Actress in 2018 because of her performance as actress Savitri and her role in the Telugu movie Mahanati. She has also won three SIIMA Awards as well as a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar, and actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her first acting experience began in the mid 2000s. Her debut lead role in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). The first film she acted in outside Malayalam was the romantic comedy Idhu Maayam (2015) which she acted in with Vikram Prabhu. The movie did not perform well at the box office. Her first film, A. L. Vijay's love story Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015 alongside Vikram Prbhu. The film was not a success at the box-office. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she had no choice but to pull out of films which she was already making appearances, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In two of her films, she acted quickly, along together with Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also the leading actor on Prabhu's Thodari. It was delayed from 2015 with reports that the film will release after September in 2020 under the new name Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's debut was the 2016 film Nenu Sailaja which starred actress Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was in Bairavaa produced by Bharathan and starring actor Vijay. In 2017, she also was in Tamil films, including Paambhu sattai. She also appeared in Telugu films Nenu Local.
