Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, an ironworker in Chillicothe on the 20th of February, 1937. She was the daughter of Lillian Ryan worked as housekeeper. Nancy was the youngest out of 6 siblings. Her father's love of music as well as the music he played in the family room were an enormous influence on Nancy at the age of a girl. As a young girl, she already had an idea of her identity and what she wanted to do. The church choir was instrumental in developing her talent. Following her win in a talent show on television at the age of 15, she started to appear regularly on Skyline Melodies, while still at high school. The nightclubs where she was a regular performer, she began working at age 15. Nancy completed high school at 17 and attended the Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a full year. She then dropped out to pursue a job as a professional musician. Her first album was with Rusty Bryants Carolyn Club Big Band, with whom she performed from 1956 until 1958. As part of the group, Nancy released her first record on Dot Records. Cannonball advised her to make the move in New York and go to The Big Town to continue her career. Within a couple of weeks the manager of Adderley heard her singing and hired her. The singer made her debut in 1960 with the single "Girls" after she signed the contract with Capitol Records. Guess whom I saw this morning. Her albums were a hit and Capitol issued five Nancy Wilson albums in two years. Adderley helped her move away from R&B in favor of jazz and torch song. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in 1962 was instrumental to propel her into the spotlight as well as her hit Tell Me the Truth was released in 1963. The performance led her to a spot at New York Coconut Grove in 1963, which was America's biggest nightclub.

Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actor working in television and films. She was Chloe Winthrop's leading lady in the Netflix movie The Kissing Booth. She was Michal her daughter from King Saul in the ABC's biblical series Of Kings and Prophets. Alongside that she has also appeared in a variety of TV programs, like The Originals. She finished her studies in a prestigious private school, and then graduated at Oxford University. The degree she earned was of Archaeology/Anthropology. Maisie began as an actor in 2012 in the film Our First World. Ellie is a little girl who was played by Maisie, in the short film in 2012 Americano and Rum. She got featured in an appearance as Korr Sella for the movie Short Wars: The Force Awakens in the year 2015. Then she appeared in the Netflix original movie The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3, as Chloe Winthrop.
